Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

Please ask for prescriptions in writing, not by phone, to reduce the chance of errors. If you are on regular medication you will get a re-order slip with your prescription. You can use this to order your prescription, through your local pharmacist, from the health centre, by email at www.penicuikhealthcentre.co.uk or by fax to 01968 671543.

For your safety, we need two working days' notice for repeat prescriptions, so that your doctor can check the prescription and make sure you have any regular checks that are needed. If the pharmacist collects your prescription, please allow three working days.

For medication not on your repeat prescription list, please give the name and dose of medication you need in writing and allow two working days.
