Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

You get a re-order slip with your prescription if you are on regular medication. Please use this to order your prescription, either through your local pharmacist, from the health centre or by fax to 01968 671543.

For your safety, we need two working days to process repeat prescriptions, so that your doctor can check the prescription and make sure you have any regular checks that are needed.

Please ask for prescriptions in writing, not by phone, to reduce the chance of errors.

For medication not on your repeat prescription list, please give the name and dose of medication you need in writing and allow two working days.
